It’s back! In my little break of figuring out where the hell I was gonna take Alchetea, it came down to me valuing the opportunity to teach rather then trying to recreate the studio format of last year, or loading a schedule with heaps of classes.
For now, it’s donation classes every Saturday from 11AM – 12PM. Places are limited (10 per class max) so please reserve your mat by booking your spot.
Hoping to add a Sunday donation class too, so stay tuned x

When she has the opportunity to return to her wildish nature, she too easily steps into all manner of traps and poisons… The feral woman is usually extremely hungry for something soulful, and often will take any poison disguised on a pointed stick, believing it to be the thing for which her soul hungers” — Clarissa Pinkola Estes
Also, *mood* as I cook up a big ass pot of spaghetti bolognaise 7AM on a Sunday. Woke up in some sort of state at 3AM and getting onto photoshop and creating this image seemed to be the thing to be done. I also experimented with dropping the yoga from Alchetea Yoga. But remembered I became a yoga teacher because it helped me integrate the mental/spiritual/intellect into the body and be less 🤯 So whilst I love espousing spiritual philosophies, lessons and revelations, they can never trump or be superior to the intelligence of the body and movement. Website re-launching this week with new class schedule ✌🏽
